1. Custom Build Sales Are Final
 
Due to the custom nature of our food trucks and trailers, all sales are final. Each unit is built to the client’s exact specifications, and therefore non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
 
 
2. Order Cancellation
•If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 business days of your initial deposit.
•After 3 business days, any cancellation will result in forfeiture of your deposit due to material costs and planning already in progress.
 
3. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
•Manufacturing Error: If the unit arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not meet the specifications outlined in your signed agreement.
•Unshipped Orders: If your order has not yet entered production and is canceled within the cancellation window, a partial refund (minus processing and administrative fees) may be issued.
 
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation and approved return (if applicable).
 
4. Out-of-State & Long-Distance Shipping
 
We ship nationwide, including to:
•All U.S. states
•Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and other select regions
 
Shipping Terms:
•All units are inspected thoroughly and photos/videos are provided prior to shipping.
•Shipping costs are calculated separately and vary based on distance, weight, and delivery method.
•Clients are responsible for any import/customs duties for international shipping.
 
Delivery:
•Jordan Custom Food Trucks is not liable for damages that occur during third-party shipping.
•If damage occurs in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider, but cannot guarantee compensation.
 
5. Warranty & Repairs
 
All new builds include a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering:
•Structural integrity
•Electrical system (up to 1 year)
•Equipment (varies based on brand warranty)
 
Please refer to your specific agreement for full warranty terms.
 
6. Customer Responsibility
 
Upon delivery, clients are expected to:
•Inspect the unit thoroughly.
•Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
•Ensure proper registration and compliance with local health/fire codes.
